Christian

The “Christian” apartment is located on the north side of the farmhouse, with independent access on the west side and bedrooms overlooking the pool.

It consists of: a spacious dining room with fireplace and a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom on the ground floor; two bedrooms upstairs, accessible via a wooden staircase.
In keeping with the traditional atmosphere of Tuscan agritourism on the border with Romagna, all rooms are furnished with rustic-style furniture.

The house is surrounded by a large lawn, shared with the other guests and the owners, and equipped with children’s games, table tennis, paddle ball, bocce, and Kubb.
Guests can choose to relax in the shade of the centuries-old oak trees, in the hammock, on the loungers by the pool, or at their own exclusive-use table in front of the apartment.

Available inside: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, toaster, dishes, cookware and table linens, hairdryer, iron, rocking chair, and TV with decoder.

Available outside: barbecue and wood-fired oven, shared with the other guests and the owners.

The owners are always available for information about the area, train schedules, suggestions for nature walks, culinary tips, or reservations at the delicious and traditional restaurants and pizzerias in the nearby town of Marradi.

L’appartamento “Christian” è sito sul lato Nord del casale, con accesso indipendente al lato Ovest e le camere con vista piscina.

È composto da: ampia sala da pranzo con camino e divano trasformabile in letto, cucinotto attrezzato e bagno al piano terra; due camere al piano superiore, raggiungibili con una scala in legno. Nel rispetto dell’atmosfera tipica degli Agriturismi della Toscana al confine con la Romagna, tutti gli ambienti sono arredati con mobili in stile rustico.

La casa è circondata da un grande prato, in comune con gli altri ospiti ed i proprietari, attrezzato con giochi per bambini, ping pong, racchettoni, gioco di bocce e Kubb. Gli ospiti potranno scegliere se sedersi all’ombra dei grandi roveri centenari, o nella amaca, o negli sdraio a bordo piscina, o nel tavolo (con utilizzo esclusivo davanti al proprio appartamento). 

A disposizione all’interno: 4 fornelli, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffe, moka, bollitore con selezione di the’ e tisane, scalda toast. stoviglie, tegami e tovagliame, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, sedia a dondolo, tv con decoder.

A disposizione all’esterno: il barbecue ed il forno a legna, in comune con gli altri ospiti ed i proprietari.

I proprietari sono sempre a disposizione per informazioni sul territorio, orari dei treni, indicazioni per passeggiate nella natura, curiosità culinarie o prenotazioni nei gustosi e tradizionali ristoranti e pizzerie nel vicino centro abitato di Marradi .
